今後の展望
今年度中に栃木県の工場内請負業務を開始予定。外 国人労働者の雇用も進めており、さらに多様性の会社へと成長する予定です。
また、千葉県進出に向けて進めているところもあり、事業を多く広く展開し、さらに雇用の多様性を進めているところです。
Future prospects
We plan to start in-house contract work in a factory in Tochigi Prefecture within this fiscal year. We are also moving forward with hiring foreign workers, and plan to grow into an even more diverse company. We are also working to expand into Chiba Prefecture, and are expanding our business widely and further promoting employment diversity.
